The One-on-one option is a brilliant opportunity to receive technique coaching, boat setup advice, goal-setting or even a personal training session for fitness.
The Intermediate squad includes 4 to 5 sessions per week coached by Peter Cole of about 1hr 15min in length. A weekly programme will be emailed and the amount of sessions one wishes to attend is totally up to the individual.
The Elite squad is for the racing field who will receive a fully-personalised training programme suited to the athlete, based on goals and ability.
