Well this week sees the start of 4 weeks of international racing, Hong Kong Dragon Run, Dubai Shamaal, Southern Shamaal and the Fenn Cape Point Challenge.
By all accounts this years dragon Run is going to be a cracker, Great field, good wind and added to this the Hong Kong Hospitality make for a great race.

Tom Schilperoort at last years Dragon Run.
Surfski.info has live coverage starting tomorrow at 4am South African time. Week 10 has not been my greatest after a really good build up the body has finally said that is enough and layed me low with the dreaded flu. Although really frustrating it is probably not a bad time to take a few ays forced rest and come back strong for the final 4 week push. This weekends Discovery Mens Health race is again looking great, with a slightly different course than the usual Oceana to Barkers and back. Billy Harker has also made it the Movember race, and will be donating a portion of the race entry to the Cansa Association of SA which is the offical charity of Movember. Dave Wiiliams Ashman ( Movember Cape Town Head Honcho) will also be around peddling a wide variety of Movember Apparrell from his Silver Prado( if it starts on Sunday Morning).

Dave and his sidekick Andrew(supporting Mo's and ol) seen vending Movember Apparrell to Paddlers in Camps Bay last Saturday.
